Book a Group Study Room

There are Group Study Rooms located on each floor of the Boole Library and in the Boston Scientific Health Sciences Library (BSHSL). 

At present there is no centralised booking system so students must book the rooms at the Information Desk on the floor where the room is located.

Some of the rooms have AV equipment and a monitor for use with laptops.

These rooms can be booked by students for study purposes up to 2 weeks in advance.
Rooms can be booked for a Maximum of 2 hours per group.
They can only be booked for groups of 3 or more.
Food and Drinks are not allowed in these rooms.
If a room remains unoccupied 10 minutes after the booked time the booking may be cancelled and the room given to another group.
All material should be removed from the room at the end of the session.

Group Study Rooms are for student study purposes only. They are not available to staff members or for tutorials, grinds or classes.
